Amaru
Kulm Hotel St Moritz Switzerland.
Botanical ceiling mural for Amaru restaurant.
Hand-painted, oversized alpine flowers span the vaulted ceiling of the St. Moritz restaurant, adding a bold, artisanal touch that complements the striking mountain views. Theatrical and eclectic in spirit, the interior design by Luke Edward Hall brings together colour, playful classicism, and layered textures, creating a distinctive alpine retreat with a unique twist.

Work in Progress
The brief from designer Luke Edward Hall was for over scaled botanical alpine flowers.
I started by immersing myself in botanical flower research, choosing three main flowers to trail up the spines of the three ceiling vaults, & extra shorter iconic Engadine flowers at the base.
